For correct use, the recommended amount of stigma for four people is 0.10 grams, about 4-6 stigmas per person. To better taste the fragrance and flavor of the product you need to infuse the necessary stimuli (0.10 grams for 4-5 people) in about 5 centiliters of warm water inside a well closed jar at least 3-4 hours before use . Heat the jug in a small saucepan and turn off the heat just before boiling and leave to infuse until the water takes on the yellow color of saffron. Season the dish with all the contents of the jar.
