Packages are generally sent to Italy and major islands within 24 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped according to the choice you made during the purchase. If you prefer a courier delivery with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so contact us to merge two separate orders, otherwise shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention will be paid to fragile items.
The boxes are sufficiently large and your articles are well protected and packed with bubble wrap.
Shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the buyer.
Returns of products with open packages and products used will not be accepted.
